Very laid back, interview was with assistant manager and hiring manager; typical questions: tell me about yourself, do you own any of our products?, scenarios of customers and customer service, how did you hear about this company?, reflected on previous retail jobs etc. If you have previous retail experience it makes things so much easier in regards to answering the questions an relating to random questions. Asked for availability and if you are able to work sales when needed in addition to what I only applied for - stock associate. Got a call few hours later with offer, non negotiable starts at $10 an hour which is the highest I ever got paid working in retail, but there is room for advancement. Everyone in the store was friendly , nice atmosphere I look forward to working here soon and the discount is AWESOME :))))))))))))))))))
