Phone interview with internal recruiter. Great interview and was told that the company was very excited about my experience, but never heard back from them, until I got a decline letter a couple months later.

Went through three interviews and then never heard back. Which surprised me because I was told I was a top candidate. I reached out to both the hiring manager and the recruiter and no reply. Complete silence.

They wanted to know about my current and past experience.
HR is RACIST. Interviewed for two positions here, extremely qualified for one of them only to be given no feedback. I can only say that this felt very racial considering I am a black women that is extremely qualified for the positions. Its very obvious this hr department specifically the leads, do not do anything to support the hiring of diverse candidates that are perhaps overqualified.
