The recruiting manager got back to me right away after applying online. The interview process took around 2 weeks and the Talent Team was very transparent throughout this time. During my on-site I got to see the office, hear about the team, learn more about the ad tech world and get additional details on all the interesting things the R&D team was working on. I think it would've been helpful if I got to meet a couple of people from different teams but it was nice that my interview wasn't all day.
