Interview
Phone interviewed first, and then went in person at the office for a panel interview. The third step is to sit down with an associate for job shadowing and then finished with a final aptitude test

Share a difficult experience at previous jobs and how you handled the situation
There are about 2-3 Interviews. First is with the Recruiter, then with management. You will also have a skills assessment test for your Excel, formulas, calculations and writing knowledge. Showcase how you stand out above others and provide examples with results.

Not too bad, only interview with Supervisor and Manager. First it is over the phone, and then they bring you in for an in person to be interviewed by 2-3 people.
