It is a skype Interview. went through with some plsql,forms,reports,interfaces questions and also some basic questions on workflows. asked about order to cash flow with tables.They were happy with the process and said they will conduct another 30 mins of skype interview for another round of technical interview but they never come back. I followed up in email many times. very disorganizing company.

Very cordial. Interview process was elaborate. 1. Tested problem solving with arrays 2. Tested data structures and OOPS 3. Technical questions on the relevant platform 4. Design patterns The interview is usually has 2-3 rounds of technical and problem solving questions. Good communication skills is a must. Be prepared with the basics.
