I did a quick phone screening with HR on the phone, then I interviewed with who would become my manager, the director of our department, and the person on my team who I would work most closely with. Each interview went really well, and each person had a different perspective/different questions for me, so I didn't feel like it was too many interviews or anything like that. The HR representative was really great too - she kept me updated throughout the whole process and made sure that I knew what was going on. The whole application, interviewing, and offer process took between 2-3 weeks, which is faster than I expected or had experienced elsewhere.
