It was both abhorrent and a joke. My headhunter had no clue what was going on and no idea how poorly managed the HR team is at Vericast/Valassis/Harte Hank.. whoever they are. I finally was on a call with the chief product officer who kicks off a recruiting process as she is about to be out for weeks. During the call it was clear she is a poor interviewer, poor communicator and scatter-brained which was a RED flag. I was then told I would hear about next interviews in a week. That was five weeks ago. GHOSTED as a VP. It happens at all levels.
