I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Vericast (San Antonio, TX) in Jan 2011
Interview
Had two 1:1 interviews one with a bunch of very structured questions that lasted 1.5 hours and then a 2nd one the next day that lasted about 20 minutes -I was offered a contingent position after the 2nd interview and was sent to do a drug test. It took about 12 days from the day I went in to test to the day I was hired permanently. The test had a customer service and call center knowledge test and after passing both of them, I was asked to take a personality test. The process was very professional and thorough. I am starting training tomorrow and there are 6 weeks of paid training for this position.

I applied online. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Vericast in Dec 2022
Interview
I applied via LinkedIn and was contacted via email the following day to setup a phone interview. The phone interview was fairly simple with basic questions and lasted about 15 minutes. Upon the conclusion of my answers, I was offered the position. The rest of the call was to discuss next steps, shift choice, expectation for pay, etc. Following the interview, I received correspondence to fill out my background check info, I-9, etc. Fairly standard. Almost felt too easy.
