I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Verifone (Bengaluru) in Oct 2012
Interview
The interview process consisted of 3 rounds. 1 written. 1 f2f technical and 1 managerial round. And last but not least HR round.
Written round has definition kind of questions. You dont expect to mug up the answers for defining the terms.
I cleared the written round.
I had f2f interview with a manager. He asked very simple question. Then he asked to write some programs on the system. The programs were pretty simple. I cleared the tech round as well.
Then manager asked to come the next week. The manager round was fine as he explained about the company and the work.
Then HR. HR was ok with and notice period and told me that i ll be receving offer letter very soon.
ITS BEEN MORE THAN A MONTH , I HAVENT GOT IT YET.
The recruitment process is too slow ,so you must have enough patience to go through this process. Also they act like everything is fine but actually it's not. As well as they don't clearly specify anything and keeps the candidate stuck.
