The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verily (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018
Interview
Was approached by recruiter on LinkedIn. A first round with recruiter followed by phone interview which is problem solving. While recruiter was nice, the phone interviewer was little rude. No discussion about profile or job and the first question he asked was "Do you have your Google doc open? I have a problem to solve for you". Is this how you conduct interview? I was expecting it to be friendly being a Alphabet company. But it turned out to be otherwise. and not forget the poor call quality. I eventually solved the problem, however didn't care asking feedback to recruiter after this experience.

Other Senior Software Engineer Interview Reviews for Verily
Decent experience. HR is kinda weird tho- first they said the interview is online and later they said follow ups are in person. Tho later I discussed it with HR and they changed it to 3 online and one in person interview for follow up.

Question 1
Do not focus on Leetcode or HackerRank questions, they just ask random questions nowadays. Interviewer was very supportive and she asked me "Parse the csv data into Python without using any CSV parser".
I applied online. I interviewed at Verily (San Francisco, CA) in Oct 2022
Interview
First round- standard coding interview. Virtual Onsite -> Received a long email with so many topics to prepare for the onsite. During onsite all 4 interviews were about Coding DS/Algorithms and 3 out of 4 ended up DFS/BFS for Tree/Graph. No System design or culture fit or anything like that. Yet to hear about the feedback/result.
