Well structured interview process, first phone interview is with the internal talent recruiter, the next is with the hiring manager. If you pass both, you are invited for a face-to-face. During the on site I was interviewed by total of six people, the recruiter (very brief), the HR representative, the with your peers, whom I had two in the room with me and two conferenced in over the phone.
The feedback to my face-to-face was positive, so on to final phase. If the on-site is successful, the last step is to be interviewed by the head of the department over the phone (even though that person is at that location). I spoke to the director about a week later, short conversation, nothing conspicuous.
After that the company just disappeared, I didn't get a yes or no, no post-mortem of any sort.
