I got an email for an HR interview very quickly after I applied. I had a chat with HR, she sounded positive that I will make it to the next stage once hiring managers had reviewed my CV. After chasing up a few times, 3 weeks later I get a reply that my application was not successful! I then have asked HR for any feedback twice and I haven't heard anything. If anything I'm glad that I didnt work for a disorganised company who like to ghost people. Terrible!
