I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Veristat (Toronto, ON) in Apr 2022
Interview
I was only given about 15 minutes notice prior to my interview on April 12/22 that was conducted via instant chat through RingCentral.
I have never participated in any interviews that have been conducted via chat so this made me a bit skeptical of the legitimacy of the position. I have still yet to speak with anyone via telephone or video chat.
I applied for the position through Pugslisevich Canada on Indeed, although when contacted about an interview - the subject title read "Your Job Application From LinkedIn Review".
The interview process was easy, and I received and accepted a job offer the next day. Since then I have been asked to complete a Home Office Registration and Assessment, which included giving details on my home office location as it is a remote job. And i've also been given a small task to write about a time i've made an administrative mistake. Other than that, I have not heard anything form them since before the Easter weekend. I want to be excited about accepting my first position as a newly graduating student, but am waiting on clarification if this is a real job offer. Seems too good to be true!
(I also noticed that the company email address I've been writing back and forth with is @veristatinc.com)
