Verisys Production Analyst interview questions

No pressure, very light mood, and the interview room wasn't 1000 degrees. I was interviewed by two people at once instead of doing it separately. They didn't ask me the "typical" interview questions, they asked questions about my goals and aspirations, my hobbies, and things that were important to me.

Before the interview process, Verisys required a drug test. About 3 days after I submitted the drug test, I received a call from the HR Coordinator and then was asked to come in for an interview. The initial interview went for about 3 hours. I was first asked to take a typing test that lasted about 5 minutes. After the typing test, I was asked to review a press release and to take information from the press release to either match, or no match, a candidate. The HR Manager gave me about 5 minutes to complete this task. Upon completion of the press release test, the HR Manager and the HR Coordinator conducted the face-to-face interview. This was compiled of several questions regarding my prior experience in health care, federal employment, what I knew about the company, if I have any special skill sets that could further company goals and what I expect from the company. The face-to-face interview lasted a hour and a half.
