Interview
I only had an initial phone interview. The representative was perfectly professional and nice, the only complaint I had (and I believe it came across in my tone) was how low the pay rate was. Far less than my previous position (-10,000k) less plus it was an overnight schedule and he attempted to use bonuses and job stability as the buffer for the low amount. It's also strange that they offer so little when the cost of living in NJ is so high. I was also offended because I had so much experience. I mentioned this and he retorted that so many other people had more experience than me.
