Verizon HR Busines Partner interview questions

Three rounds of interview. The first one from HR, the second one from hiring manager and finally with the business group director/Associate Director. The first round caters to the resume, the second round to the role and the third round is based on personality assessment and informal connects.

The interview process at Verizon is heavily composed of behavioral based interview questions. Important to tell the specific story that explains the situation, actions taken, and the overall outcome. Business casual environment but just like most interviews arrive in professional dress attire.
