applied through school, was invited to do a online video recording, a week later received a call and asked couple of questions, after that I never heard back. The video thing was easy coz you get 2 chances to record it which mean if you dont do well at the first time you will get another chance. The phone call was a simple screening call, asked questions about GPA or graduation time

After applying online, you received a link to an online recording interview and had to record your answers online within 4 days of receiving the email. 2 separate emails were sent, one got into the spam mail box. Process was pretty exhausting overall.

The first round was an online virtual interview in which one could see the questions but only had one chance to submit the video.
