I applied through other source. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Lima, OH) in Nov 2015
Interview
First did a rather length online assessment. Then I was scheduled a phone interview with a manager from corporate. It was about 45 mins long. It was detailed and involved an over the phone role play to sell the mophie powerstation to two different customers with different personalities, one tech savvy and one un tech savvy. I was given a second interview with the store manager at the location I was applying for, after the completion of the phone interview. The second, in person interview was rather short. I was interviewed by the store manager, and another employee was in the room transcribing the interview.
