Applied online, week later had two phone interviews, followed by a store interview, and then I received the job pending background check. Background took an additional 3 weeks due to me moving around as much as I have in my life. Only thing I will say is there isn't much communication between. I did not even receive a conformation that my application went through, just received a phone call a week later asking if I was available to do a phone interview.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
