The interview process took a month. Phone interview and then 2 weeks later I was called in for an in-person interview with 2 managers at the location I applied for. I was then send to another location for an interview and it turned out I was hired for an undesirable location which they noted was a "training center". Felt like I was lied to. The interviews was very casual and easy, I knew I got the job, just wasn't sure if I wanted it at this point. My background check took another two weeks, which I did not appreciate because I felt that they hired a very incompetent 3rd party company to do the background check. The company made me upload my W2, they weren't able to find anything about me.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
