it was a very long interview process, but the whole process was organized and positive. the application online, complete with a personality quiz, was quite extensive but not overly difficult. I then had two phone interviews and finally an interview with the general and assistant manager on site. The didn't ask any abnormal or surprising questions, but the entire interview process from start to finish took almost a month.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
