Interview
It is difficult to rate this interview experience as their are so many locations and so much varying management styles. My interview process consisted of phone screening and then an in person interview. I initially interviewed in Pittsburgh, PA and was contacted by phone by the recruiter and had about a half hour to 45 minute talk with her. about a week later I was called in for an in person interview and this was the extent of it.

Question 1
We literally talked about cookware for 45 minutes, I am not really a cook but i think they wanted to see how I could adapt to speaking about something that i had minimal knowledge about to see how i would interact with customers. That's my only take on it.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
