Interview
Interview process was easy and straightforward. After applying online and completing the assessment, they send an email to select a phone interview time. Once selected, they send expectations of the phone interview and possible questions (behavioral) that will be asked. After the phone interview, if selected, you complete a face-to-face interview with one of their customer service supervisors. Last, a background check is completed and conference call with training dates etc

Interviewer was surprisingly extremely rude and not flexible. I was excited for the interview but the hr rep clearly had preconceived attitudes. The gentleman definitely didn’t enjoy his job. The job itself seemed pretty straight forward

The questions were straightforward; they were basic interview questions and required basic skills and knowledge. I thought it was simple compared to various other interviews. I highly recommend for the future if someone is given a job or interview offer
