Spoke with 3 different managers/interviews before being accepted. Spoke with the recruiter, then with the store manager, and then lastly spoke with the district manager. Some parts were tough but I was honest and had to come up with scenarios that would work out for challenging times in the workplace and how i overcame then.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
