Applied online, and was emailed by the recruiter about a week later to schedule a phone interview. after completing the phone interview he let me know that day that I was able to move on to the next step of the hiring process which was a face to face interview with the store manager. About a week later I was contacted by the store manager for a face to face interview. The interview is conducted with a manager and a representative. First they start with basic questions based on your resume, than star method interview questions.

Tell me about a time when you had to help a customer with a difficult situation. What were steps you use to resolve the issue?
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
