I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (New York, NY) in Oct 2020
Interview
Played online games that were actually pretty fun and submitted a pre-recorded interview that took about an hour to record. You got two chances which were very nice and made it much less stressful. Overall, it was a really great process!

I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon in Dec 2020
Interview
It was fairly straighforward, you have to complete a series of video questions in the first round. Mostly behavioural questions very similar to the ones they ask you in a live interview. You also complete a critical thinking test which is a kind of matching game, I'm still confused how I did on that but obviously well enough because I made it to the last round of interviews. I felt like I connected with the interviewers but being my first real interview, I definitly did not ask enough questions about what I would actually be doing or have any great answers to the behavioural questions.

Mostly behavioural questions about solving teamwork issues.
I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Verizon (Bellevue, WA) in Mar 2014
Interview
Received a phone interview after an employee referral. Took a few weeks after my application before I was contacted. Interview was awkward. The woman seemed distracted or maybe tired because it was the end of the day and it through me off. Not surprised I didn't get an offer. Never heard back and yes or no though, even after I sent two emails to check in.

Just situational but some were basically asking the same question which made it difficult.
