I applied online directly from their website. I was contacted about a month after applying via email inviting me to do an over the phone interview. After the phone interview, they emailed me again to schedule an in person interview. After that interview, I received an employment offer contingent upon successful completion of the background check and drug screening. The background check took a long time but I started about a month after initial contact.

Lengthy and the paperwork is extremely confusing to fill out and submit. Thank you. But other than that really nice people. They hire through a 3rd party called Rose International…. Very helpful people
Unprofessional interview, and unfair. Being bilingual and many years of customer service experience they decided to pass due to many years of experience. The interviewer also looked unorganized and was bias.
