Applied for the position online. After a few days, received an email to provide more information and record interview questions. I answered the additional questions and submitted an 8 question voice recorded interview. Another couple days to go by, and I get a call from a recruiter. She goes over the position along with the pay, benefits, working conditions etc and asks if you’d be okay with it. Then they ask you a couple basic questions, and if they like you, they move you on to the hiring manager. The hiring manager contacted me by phone to schedule a video interview. We conducted the video interview and it lasted about 45 minutes. Also a sales pitch in the interview. After the interview, was contacted by recruiter with the offer. Accepted via phone/then email.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
