I had 2 Phone interviews, and 2 face to face interviews, all of the interviews took only 4 days. This process moves quickly! Then after my last interview with the district manager it took 5 days to get a contingent offer then 8 days to pass the background an drug test. There is role playing in both the first phone interview and the first face to face interview. Interview questions are basic STAR and the people i interviewed with were really chill and casual. Be confident, look them in the eyes make sure your shirt is ironed and pants are starched. Also the background check is crazy so make sure you are upfront about any and everything.

The interview lasted about 45 minutes, and the questions were based on my knowledge of the brand, technology in general, behavioral styles, also what if scenarios and her views of the culture

I applied online and passed the online assessment, I then did a video interview and after had to wait a while until I was contacted for a job offer. The interview consisted of STAR scenario questions which were all fairly easy. Once I got the offer they started the background check which took 8 days to clear.

There were three parts to my hiring process. 1. The recruiter called me and asked me questions. 2. I spoke to the Assistant Manager. They asked me standard questions and we role-played a standard sale. 3. I did an in-person interview with the General Manager. We also did a role-play as well. BE PREPARED FOR THAT.
