You apply online. They contact you, and set you up with an interview in person or by phone. Every hiring manager is different. If the manager likes what they see, you get a second interview with them. If they see potential but not for their store, you may see an interview with another manager. The third point of contact is the offer. Some have had as many as 4 interviews, where others only had two before the phone interview. The process took close to a month for me, but do not let that be your bench mark. If you have not heard back in a couple weeks, it is not always a bad thing.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
