The interview process was fairly straightforward. Since it was during COVID it was a video interview. Asked questions like "tell me about a time when you" or, "describe a time when you diffused". All the general questions that most employers ask. Towards the end he asked about interests outside of work as well.

Question 1
The biggest thing for the hiring process was the role play. Essentially he went a normal call I experience often (a difficult customer) and he wanted me to (with no general knowledge) respond using my investigative skills and determine the right way to respond.
It was a pretty straightforward interview process. There were two women who interviewed me. We had some usual small talk and then we started with my resume. We spoke about my past job experiences and how I felt it aligned with the position. We spoke about me as a person, my goals, my skills, my work style, my relationship style. We then did a phone call roleplay, which was pretty straightforward. Customer calling about some issue with the service. Make sure you clarify the problem the customer is having with them and to express empathy for their struggles.

Interview was comprehensive and included a computer aptitude test that assessed multitasking ability, processing speed, short term memory, etc. It felt like a video game though and was a little fun. They were interested mainly in my customer service experience.
