I attended an open interview day, almost four hours long;; I interviewed with a Solution Specialist (who was transitioning to Human Resources). The interview is in STAR format, most question are based on situations, actions taken and the results. Afterwards, I was told I would receive a phone interview the next day. During the phone interview, there were more STAR format questions and verifying information provided on the application. The third phone interview was more of a summary, making sure all information provided was accurate. I was offered the job via phone and accepted the offer. The drug test immediately followed and then they do an extensive background check (BE HONEST). Once you are sure that nothing negative will interfere, you have the job. I was invited to orientation a week from the phone call with the offer.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
