This whole process was very lengthy, it started by me sending in a resume and completing an application online. I was contacted twice that evening, once by phone and once by e-mail, to set up a phone interview. Fast forward to phone interview. My first phone interview lasted about 45 minutes. The first 30 minutes were basic questions confirming the things had submitted with my resume: job history, background, etc. The last of the interview was ended in 2 questions in the star format. After answering questions the interviewer told me he would be in contact with me before a specific date. Fast forward to specific date, still no word from interviewer so I e-mailed the original recruiter that got in touch with me. Received call that night requesting another phone interview the next morning. The second phone interview was 3 questions in the star format and took about 30 minutes. At the end of this interview, I was asked to go to the location I was applying for and take a skills test later that week. Fast forward to skills test. I arrived about 15 minutes before my scheduled time and they got me started a little early, this test takes around an hour to an hour and a half. The test consisted of a few different sections: ethics questions, multitasking exercises, typing exercises, and problem solving exercises. All sections were timed and I didn't finish all of them 100%. After my test was through, my HR representative came out and told me I had passed and set up an in person interview with a supervisor the next day. The in person interview was almost the same as the phone interviews until you get to role play, in which you and the supervisor will do a few mock phone calls. It is a little strange doing the role play but just be confident and play along. After this interview was through, the supervisor told me to expect a call Monday or Tuesday, as it was Thursday and they probably wouldn't get to it that week. They ended up calling me about an hour after I left the interview to schedule another phone interview so I could confirm everything that was on my application one more time. At the end of this phone interview, I was extended a job offer and told was told I had to schedule a drug test within an 24 hrs and take a drug test within 48 hrs. All of this was very easy to set up through A check America. Like I said, a very lengthy process. This all probably took about 3 weeks.
