Interview
You almost have to know someone to get any job outside of a call center position. The online portal in not easy to use and they don't always respond in a timely manner. The interview I had was with three people and one with human resources. The process takes a awhile and it can take up to a month to be hired after the first interview. They use an interview style where they ask a question and then you will need to give an example of a time you experienced something related to the selected question.

Question 1
I didn't find any of the questions to be difficult as I had performed the job before that I was applying for.
I applied online. I interviewed at Verizon (Eugene, OR) in Feb 2026
Interview
Initial Interview was professional. Interviewer was candid about the roles day to day. It seemed lots of people were unaware of how much field time may have been in the job prior to applying.
A very long and tedious interview process that could be improved. Reducing the interviews to no more than 3 would benefit all parties involved. In addition, the discussions should be no longer than 30 - 45 minutes in length.

Question 1
Describe a time when you had a disgruntled customer, and how did you resolve it?
a little lengthy and follow up could be better. Would rather be told no then left up in the air as to why you weren't chosen. However if you are chosen they move rather quickly
