I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (New York, NY)
Interview
Scheduled telephone interview with recruiter about a day after applying. Was okayed to move to the next step of interview with the store manager via Google Meet the very next day. The questions were in the STAR format. End of the interview included a role play in which you would try and sell a phone and accessories. I received a phone call about a week later from the recruiter informing me that I had been selected for the position. My start date was about 3 weeks away from that day so prepare to wait some time before you actually start working. I've been Doordashing to make money while I wait. I am so very excited and enthusiastic to be a part of the Verizon team!
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

Question 1
What would you do if you saw a team member adding perks to a customers account but not disclosing what they were adding?
First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
