Tell us a time when you sold someone a product they didn't want how did you overcome that use DETAIL THE KEY IS VERY DETAILED RESPONSES SO THEY KNOW YOU ARENT JUST MAKING IT UP. If you try to wing it they'll know and you WONT get hired. You apply they email you for over the phone initial meet and greet and setup a real interview over the phone then they do a 2 week long background check. They say they dig pretty deep, but my experience is that they don't. If you seem honest open and sincere they'll give you a chance unless YOU HAVE A FELONY NO SHOT DON'T even waste your time. After 2 phone interview you go interview in front of the store manager that will decide whether to hire you or not. Suit up guys be professional have a copy and ANY DOCUMENTATION they ask for. Have a sense of humor it WILL go a long way in helping your case. You'll make about 48k a year so not bad for a twenty something.
