Applied through recruiter, the process took more than 2 months to complete. Had to follow up multiple times before a response came my way. The face of any organization is HR and TA team. That is what represents the organization culture to the potential candidates. For a big group as Verizon, the HR and TA team can improve a lot on their committments. I expected way better professionalism.
