Interview was a 3 part process even though I already worked for the company providing in store tech support on wireless devices. First interview was basic knowledge questions on wireless and how it worked. Next interview was a "mock" sale to a member of management. trying to turn a no into a yes. Then it was an interview with HR. It has been several years since I have interviewed there so the process may have changed.

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
