Standard 3 person process. Wasn't too crazy and there wasn't any questions that should not stomp the average interviewee. They were more interested in my interpersonal skills more than anything.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
