Interview
The most intense and in depth interview process I've ever had. Relatively quick process. I applied online and received an email exactly a week later. They asked me to give them my availability for the week to set up a phone interview. This would be 1 of 3 interviews. I had to sell the accessory of the month to my interviewer. Lasted about 45 mins. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. Was told right after this interview that I would be receiving a call from the store manager to set up an in person interview. This interview was about an hour long. Had to sell another device and answer a bunch of scenario questions. About 3 days after this interview I received a call saying that I was a final candidate and that he needed to ask a few more questions. The next day I received a call with a job offer.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
