I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Newark, NJ) in Dec 2011
Interview
First step on campus interview . Interview granted based on gpa and undergraduate degree. Followed by technical testing. Followed by on telephone interview with hiring manager. followed by in person interview with hiring manager
A week passed after the interview with HR and I was asked why I did not respond to the manager. But no one contacted me. I had to find a contact with the manager through HR. With difficulty, we set a date for an interview via video call. The manager was absolutely not interested in me. She read the questions and wrote down my answers without any interest. On the same day, they updated the vacancy on the website. Although I waited 2 weeks for a negative response. It was just a waste of time.
I applied in-person. I interviewed at Verizon in Feb 2024
