Applied online and received a pre-interview assessment. Then received a phone interview based on an accessory of the month and the credo. Then a face to face interview . Overall the process is a bit lengthy but is definitely worth it. This is a rewarding career with opportunity to advance

Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

phone call interview, panel interview, in person interview, it was very lengthy process, and they all asked the same questions just for one role. takes about one or two months before the hiring process is complete. Fairly okay interview though.
