Interview
The process of being hired was just as normal as any other interviews if you have experience interviewing. The first process was applying online and making sure that you have an updated resume once I completed the online assesment I printed out a few copies of my resume and dropped them off at the nearest locations. Honestly this helped because once the matched a face with the application I was emailed by the recruiter and set up my phone interview the next day. Make sure to prepare for the interview because in my opinion this is the important interview of all. You must know the Credo, accessory of the month, and questions regrading your resume. Once the interview began we went over my resume and the reasons why I wanted to be part of there company. Also we went over the accessory of the month which is the Canary Home Security System. I was asked to sell this to a tech savvy customer (interviewer) and a regular customer. I felt that I did decent with that part of the interview and after that was done he asked if I was still interested and I said "Highly" He told me that he will get in touch with the managers to set up the panel interview next week. I waited until next week and didn't receive any call or notification so I email the recruiter. He was on vacation but he ensured me that he would notify the manager. About several days later I had my call back from the store manager scheduling my 1-1 the following week. This interview was A1 from the start and the connection between myself and the interviewer flowed so this wasn't so hard. The same questions were asked within this interview. Once the interview was done she walked me out to the floor to see every thing they had to sell and offer. I was told that she wanted me at her store and that she would indeed send my interview approval towards the recruiter. I was told the recruiter would be in touch with me in the later days with an offer letter, drug test information as well as background paperwork.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
