I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Verizon (Phoenix, AZ) in Oct 2015
Interview
The interview was a long process. After applying I received an email to take a 90 minute test that composed of 7 parts. Most of it was pretty easy, however if you do not have intermediate to advance typing skills you may struggle through the multi-tasking part. The beginning of the test was more of a focused on questions regarding the integrity of the person you were. The was also another part that dealt with process of elimination. The other parts were Call-center related questions.
The phone interview took about 30 mins. He asked very basic questions to technical questions.
Interviewer was surprisingly extremely rude and not flexible. I was excited for the interview but the hr rep clearly had preconceived attitudes. The gentleman definitely didn’t enjoy his job. The job itself seemed pretty straight forward
