I applied online. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at Verizon (Great Falls, MT) in Dec 2015
Interview
It was pretty simple. I applied on a Monday, and had a phone interview that same day. 1 week later I had an interview face to face, and then the next day had a follow up call with the recruiter. Both interviews require you to role play. You are given a product and about 10 mins to familiarize yourself with the device and then "sell" it to the manager or recruiter. It was a straight forward process and fairly quick. I was offered and accepted the job. Will start soon and attend training for one week in Denver.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Most of the questions are background related. There were 2 different role play scenarios, both on the phone and in the face to face interview.
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”

First time it was with a recruiter via phone, then I interviewed with the store manager via video call. A couple days later they sent me an offer, then a background check, then I was cleared to start
