I applied on 10/3/15. I had my first phone interview on 10/6/15. Make sure you study the credo and rhe accessory of the month. The recruiter advised she was passing me on to the store manager. I didn't get a call back until 12/31 for the second interview. My second interview was on 1/5/16 with a general manager and a top performing sales rep. In the store you have to do a role play. Actively listen and recommend products that makes sense. I'm not tech say but, hey I know the basics! Two days later I received a call to come back to interview with leadership. It was with the assistant and district manager. At this point you're selling yourself! Be cheerful, competitive, and conversational. Ask questions it let's them know you are eager to learn!
Interview process was pretty straightforward. They tend to bypass a lot of the fluff and want to see how you act as a member of a team and what you are going to do when you are in a tough situation regarding numbers and meeting “quota.”
