I had a fairly standard interview process: a phone screen with the HR manager followed by an in-person interview with the VP. Be prepared to wear a suit and tie, as they maintain a formal dress code. The questions were straightforward, mostly scenario-based and focused on how I’ve handled various challenges in past roles. While the interview itself went well and felt positive, I never received any follow-up despite sending a thank-you note and checking in weeks later. The lack of communication was disappointing and unprofessional. This may reflect some internal disorganization at the company. Based on my experience, I would not recommend the process.
