This was by far one of the most difficult interviews that I have ever had. I received a phone interview for the Clinical Auditor position. The HR Recruiter spoke with me, but midway through the interview told me that the position was going to be relocated to a new city and that I would not be a suitable candidate because of this. I received a second phone call from another recruiter who told me that the position was not being relocated and had no idea why I had been told this. This was over 8 weeks ago and as of yet, the company has not responded to my interview. I understand that the company is undergoing a structural change (from what the second recruiter indicated), but you you aren't going to get quality candidates if your HR representatives are not on the same page or show consideration to your potential recruits by responding to their applications in a timely manner.
