The recruiter got in touch about this role (requirements 2-4 years experience) stating that the brutto salary was 1k EUR. Pointless to say that I did not continue the conversation. I believe that they are trying to take advantage of the Eastern European market to hire dirt cheap workforce. Embarrassing.
