I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Vertiv (Fort Lauderdale, FL) in May 2017
Interview
This is the worst interview process I have been involved. Their process took about two months and I had to ask several times for feedback without answer. After that they sent an offer, but it was too late. My advice is to stay away.

Question 1
Average Java technology stack questions. In my opinion too focused in the previous usage of certain technologies but not in the ground knowledge of Computer Sciences.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Vertiv (Pune) in Nov 2024
Interview
I applied online, first round was screening round from TA team. They scheduled virtual interview with the people from China. Panel asked programming questions like write a code to traverse a tree etc. They didn't give enough time to write the code because they had lot of questions lined up. They asked me to switch on my camera but they kept their video off. Overall it was not a good interview process/experience.

The interview was handled by an external HR company. The HR interview was very professional, with questions asked from my CV.
Also the interview with the internal people was professional and most questions were about my projects. There were no trick questions.
